Lipscomb Concrete is a family-owned business that has served the South Bay Area for
over 20 years, and has a rich heritage in masonry. We specialize in foundations and
retaining walls, but also have an excellent design sense for flatwork, stamp concrete,
decorative brick work, stone work, and fountains. Starting from an early age, founder
Joe Lipscomb Senior followed his father's footsteps, learning the trade from a man who's
work has been noted all over California, including the famed Hearst Castle. Joe has over
40 years of experience, from residential foundations, driveways, patios and pool decks,
to commercial post tension decks, pan decks, retaining walls, and much more - if it's in
concrete, he's done it. Along with his sons Joe and Scott, there are over 90 years of
